A.  WORK SESSION: 5:30 p.m., Room 326, City & County Building, 451 South State Street

      (Items from the following list that Council is unable to complete in Work Session from 5:30-6:55 p.m. will be addressed in a Work Session setting following the Consent Agenda.)

           

1.  Report of the Executive Director, including review of Council information items and announcements. 

2.  The Council will interview Mary Ann Villarreal prior to consideration of her appointment to the Library Board.

3.  The Council will interview Elaine McDonald prior to consideration of her appointment to the Golf Enterprise Fund Advisory Board.

4.  The Council will interview Claudia Hope O’Grady prior to consideration of her appointment to the Police Civilian Review Board. 

5.  The Council will interview Daniel Levin prior to consideration of his appointment to the Police Civilian Review Board.

6.  The Council will interview Paula Wolfe prior to consideration of her appointment to the Police Civilian Review Board.

7.  The Council will receive a briefing regarding a request to rezone property at 1060 South 900 West from Residential to Open Space (Jordan Park). 

8.  The Council will receive a follow-up briefing regarding a request to rezone property located at 321-331 South 500 East from Residential Office and Residential Multi-Family to Residential Mixed-Use, property located at 550-558 East 300 South from Residential Office to Residential Mixed-Use, and property located at 326-348 South 600 East from Multi-Family Residential to Residential Mixed-Use. (Overland Development, Ken Holman) (Public Hearing Item C-1a, b and c)

9.  The Council will receive a follow-up briefing regarding Budget Amendment No. 12 and related resolutions.

10. The Council will receive a report regarding a proposed Olympic Legacy Project for Council District Six.

11. (Tentative) The Council will consider entering into an Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual or individuals, pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § § 52-4-4 and 52-4-5 (1)(a)(i).

1.  Ordinance: Petition No. 400-01-37, Overland Development rezoning requests

 

a.  Ordinance: rezone the property located at 321-331 South 500 East from Residential Office and Residential Multi-Family to Residential Mixed-use

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning the property located at 321-331 South 500 East from Residential Office (RO) and Residential Multi-Family (RMF-35) to Residential Mixed-use (R-MU).

b.  Ordinance: rezone the property located at 550-558 East 300 South from Residential Office to Residential Mixed-use

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning the property located at 550-558 East 300 South from Residential Office (RO) to Residential Mixed-use (R-MU).

1.  Resolution: Authorize the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation for I-15 / Gateway Streets punch list items.

2.  Board Appointment: Masood Ul-Hasan, Police Civilian Review Board

Consider approving the appointment of Masood Ul-Hasan to the Police Civilian Review Board for a term extending through September 1, 2003.

2.  Board Appointment: Curtis Anderson, Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board

Consider approving the appointment of Curtis Anderson to the Housing Trust Fund Advisory Board for a term extending through December 26, 2005.
