Consider adopting an ordinance amending Section 12.44.210, Subsection A of the Salt Lake City Code, 1988, as amended, relating to entering through streets or stop intersections.

        2.    Ordinance: Utah Power & Light Franchise

Consider adopting an ordinance granting to PacifiCorp and its successors an electric light, heat, power, steam, and hot water franchise and repealing certain franchise ordinances heretofore granted to said company’s predecessor.

3.    Ordinance: Hours of Operation

Consider adopting an ordinance amercing Section 6.12.040, Salt Lake City Code, 1988, as amended, relating to hours of operation for businesses which sell beer for consumption on the premises.

4.    Appeal: Avenues Demolition (Steiner Garage)

Consider a request from the Greater Avenues Community Council to appeal the Planning Commission’s approval of a demolition at 73 "S" Street.

1.    Resolution: Compeq International Bond Revision

Consider adopting a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a second supplement to a lease-purchase agreement by and between Gelco Finance Corporation, now known as GE Capital Public Finance, Inc., as lessor, and Salt Lake City, Utah, as lessee, dated as of December 15, 1989 and a second supplement to a sublease agreement by and between Salt Lake City, sublessor, and Compeq International Co., Ltd., as sublessee, dated as of December 15, 1989.

2.    Ordinance: 100 Series Employees

Consider adopting an ordinance superseding Salt Lake City ordinance No. 37 of 1991 and approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Salt lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing the "100 Series" City Employees.

Consider adopting an ordinance amending Section 2.52.010 of the Salt Lake City Code, as last amended by Bill No. 39 of 1991 relating to Compensation of Salt Lake City Corporation Managerial, Professional, Administrative and Executive Employees and Elected Officials.

Consider adopting an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake city Corporation and Salt Lake Police Association, International Union of Police Associations, Local 75, AFL-CIO representing the "500 Series" city employees.
