D. CONSENT:

1. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, Redwood Road Street Lighting

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) wherein the City agrees to provide materials and installation of street lighting facilities on Redwood Road and Indiana Avenue at no cost to UDOT and specifying ownership of the units, maintenance and renewal costs to the City after construction.

2. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, Redwood Road Street Lighting

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) to remove and install a traffic signal pole and controller on Redwood Road and Indiana Avenue. UDOT is willing to provide materials for installation as listed in the agreement, the City is willing to provide all other materials and labor. After the upgrading of the signal the City will arrange for electrical hookup and UDOT will own the signal and will maintain, provide electrical power and renew said signal appurtenances at no cost to the City.

3. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, Pilot Project - Pollution Prevention

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality relating to Public Utilities developing a pilot project demonstrating how pollution prevention can be accomplished through existing pretreatment programs without the assistance of waste minimization or pollution prevention legislation, with the State paying federal funds up to $40,000 and Public Utilities paying  $43,000.

E. NEW BUSINESS:

1. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, RDA’s Housing Programs

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City relating to the transfer of the RDA’s Housing Programs to Salt Lake City Corporation.

Consider adopting an ordinance relating to an Early Retirement Incentive Program.

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance vacating a portion of an alley located between Browning and Roosevelt Avenues and 800 and 900 East Streets.

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance closing a portion of 1100 West between a closed portion of South Temple and an alley located north of residential properties on Euclid Avenue and an ordinance vacating a portion of 1100 West between a closed portion of South Temple and an alley located north of residential properties on Euclid Avenue.

Accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance rezoning property located along North Bonneville Drive at approximately 1055 East and an ordinance closing a portion of the north 20 feet of North Bonneville Drive at approximately 1050 East.
