 9. Resolution: Central Business Improvement District No. DA-8690A

 Consider adopting a resolution to assign the Central Business Improvement District No. DA-8690A with a new numbered designation of DA-8690B to continue to promote business activity and economic development in an area of Central Downtown Salt Lake City by assessing benefitted properties for the costs of such economic promotion activities, including administrative expenses, within the District for a period of three years; to exercise the City's option to renew its contract with the Downtown Alliance to manage the District; and to fix a time and place for protests against the assessments, and related matters.

 10. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Service, Animal Damage Control)

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal Plant Health Inspection Service and Animal Damage Control for an ecological study per Federal Aviation Regulations Part 139.337, Wildlife Hazards Management.

 11. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake City)

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake City covering rates charged for the use of Little Dell Reservoir.

 1. Ordinance: Salt Lake City Airport II - Master Plan

 Consider adopting an ordinance amending the legal description and property boundaries for Salt Lake City Airport II located in West Jordan.

 2. Legislative Action - Councilmember Stuart Reid

 Consider enacting an ordinance providing for a temporary moratorium pursuant to Section 10-9-404, Utah Code Ann., prohibiting the issuance of any development approvals (other than for single family homes and for certain properties with fixed development rights) located within the area bounded by North Temple north to the north City limits and the Jordan River west to the 1-2 15 Freeway presently zoned as Residential R-2A for six months or until the Council's consideration of Petition No. 400-94-57, whichever is sooner.
