 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah Department of Transportation to perform various bituminous material tests.

 6. Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement (Division of State History, Department of Community and Economic Development)

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Division of State History, Department of Community and Economic Development to undertake local historic preservation projects under the Certified Local Government program.

 Consider adopting a motion amending the attachment to an ordinance pertaining to recognized and registered neighborhood-based organizations of the Salt Lake Association of Community Councils.

 1. Resolution: Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds. Series 1994

 Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of approximately $14,000,000 Water and Sewer Revenue Bonds, Series 1994, of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah; and related matters.

 2. Resolution/Undertaking 2002 Winter Olympic Games

 Consider adopting a Concurrent Resolution of Support for the award of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games to Salt Lake City and authorizing the execution of the necessary Undertaking to induce the International Olympic Committee to award the Games to Salt Lake City.

 3. Resolution: Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19

 Accept public comment and consider adopting a resolution modifying Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19 by adding Project Area 38-916; providing for the issuance of additional interim warrants and related matters.

 4. Resolution: Special Improvement District No. 40-R-19

 Accept public comment and consider adopting a resolution conditionally accepting a bid for construction work and, subject to approval of the City Engineer, authorizing execution of a construction contract; providing for construction of improvements on certain streets within the district including replacement of deteriorated curb, gutter and sidewalks and driveway approaches; the installation of traffic control islands; and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; for issuance of interim warrants and for the addition of interest thereon to assessable costs and related matters.
