Consider approving the appointment of Robert Archuleta to the Capital Improvement Program Citizen Board for a term extending through June 1, 1997.

3.  Board Reappointment:  Nancy P.  Taufer, Board of Adjustment
Consider approving the reappointment of Nancy P. Taufer to the Board of Adjustment for a term extending through December 31, 2001.

5.  Board Reappointment:  Jane Reister Conard, Salt Lake City & County Board of Health
Consider approving the reappointment of Jane Reister Conard to the Salt Lake City & County Board of Health for a term extending through June 1, 2001.

6.  Resolution:  Interlocal Cooperation Agreement  (Public Services)
Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the University of Utah to contract with the University of Utah Civil Engineering Department to act as a sponsor for a transportation engineering internship.

7.  Ordinance:  Set Date  (Budget Amendment #5)
Set date of January 21, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance to amend the Fiscal Year 1996-97 Budget.

8.       Ordinance:  Set Date - Petition No. 400-96-60  (Salt Lake City Planning Division/Amend Text of the "RB" Residential Business Zoning District)  

    Set date of February 4, 1997 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance amending Chapter 21A.24.160 of the Salt Lake City Code regarding the RB Residential Business zoning district.

E.       NEW BUSINESS:

1.  Legislative Action:  Councilmembers Keith Christensen and Bryce Jolley
Consider adopting a motion to request a review of the Master Plan and to change zoning on 2100 South and Parley's Way from Community Business "CB" to Neighborhood Commercial "CN".

     Staff Recommendation:            Refer to Community and Economic
                                  Development Department and City
                                  Attorney for a response by July 1, 1997.

1. Protest Hearing:  Street Lighting Special Improvement District #3

         Accept public comment and consider all protests filed and hear all objections relating to the proposed Salt Lake City Lighting District #3.
