1.    Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, Salt Lake County-Parking.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County regarding parking tickets in County parking lots.

2.    Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, State of Utah-5th Circuit Court.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and the Utah State Circuit Court administrator to provide security to the Fifth Circuit Court Building.

3.    Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, UDOT-40th West Street.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation greenent between Salt Lake City and the Utah Department of Transportation to provide for construction of an urban system project, financed in part by federal funds, located on urban route 1005 and to provide striping for 40th West Street.

4.    Petition No. 400-451, Gayle Hughes- et. al.

Set date for a public hearing to be held on February 3, 1987, to discuss Petition No. 400-451 submitted by Gayle Hughes - et al. The petitioners are requesting that properties located on Beacon Drive, Indian Hills Circle, Eagle Way, Indian Hills Drive and Kensington Avenue be rezoned from their present Residential “R-2” to a Residential “R-1” classification.

5.    Petition No. 400-435, Leah L. Brawn and Vergel and Ricky Collins.

Set date for a public hearing to be held on February 10, 1987 at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Petition No. 400-435 submitted by Leah L. Brown and Vergel and Rick Collins. The petitioners are requesting the vacation of the southern most east/west portion of the alley located south of 300 North between Chicago and 900 West Street.

6.    Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, UDOT-manhole covers.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City and Utah Department of Transportation for re-adjustment of Department of Utilities manhole covers, rings, boxes and valves as part of the State’s repaving project with the State paying the cost.

7.    Petition No. 400-474, O.C. Tanner.

Set date for a public hearing to be held on January 13, 1987, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss Petition No. 400-474 submitted by O.C. Tanner. The petitioner is requesting that a section of an east/west alley located between 1956 South Main and 1968 South Main be closed.

8.    Interlocal Cooperation Agreement, Salt Lake County-Sewer Facilities.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Salt Lake City and Utah Department of Transportation, street maintenance division, which would allow for relocation of the City’s sewer facilities at 1000 North Redwood Road at UDOT’s expense.

Consider adopting a motion ratifying the election of Roselyn N. Kirk as Chairperson and Florence B. Bittner as Vice-Chairperson of the Salt Lake City Council for calendar year 1987.

Obtain public comment concerning Petition No. 400-455 submitted by Robert Jensen-et al. The petitioners are requesting Salt Lake City to vacate a portion of an alley running between Charlton and Crandall Avenues extending from the Salt Lake Jordan Canal east to the rear of the properties of 1153 Crandall Avenue.

2.    Ferry Hall Appeal - 6:45 p.m.

Obtain public comment concerning an appeal by the Sugar House Community Council of a Planning Commission decision concerning Case No. 628A approving the demolition of Ferry Hall on the Westminster College Campus.
