Set date of January 16, 1996 at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance relating to Terminal Use Fees - Aircraft and Passenger Services.

Consider an appeal by Joseph Rohan of Planning Commission Decision for Conditional Use, Petition 410-188, submitted by Westminster College.

                        Staff Recommendation:   Refer to Committee of the Whole; hear appeal; uphold Planning Commission decision.

F.       UNFINISHED BUSINESS:

1.  Motion:  Council Chairperson and Vice-Chairperson
Consider adopting a motion ratifying the election of Keith S Christensen as Chairperson and Sam V. Souvall as Vice Chairperson of the Salt Lake City Council for calendar year 1996.
