2. Resolution: Interlocal Agreement, Installation of Street Lights

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) relating to installation of street lights.

3. Resolution: Interlocal Agreement, Funding of Alternate Transportation Coordinator

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Utah Transit Authority to share in funding of an Alternate Transportation Coordinator.

Consider adopting a motion ratifying the appointment of Don Gull as Director of Community and Economic Development.

Consider adopting a motion approving the appointment of Don Gull to the Salt Lake City Housing Authority.

1. Resolution: Board of Equalization and Review for SID No. 40-R-18

Consider adopting a resolution appointing a board of equalization and review for Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 40-R-18; setting the dates for the board of equalization to hear and consider objections and corrections to any proposed assessments; authorizing the City Recorder to publish and mail a notice of meetings of the board of equalization and review; and related matters.

2. Resolution: Amending SID No. 38-854

Consider adopting a resolution amending Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-854 (The “District”), as described in Resolution No. 21 of 1991 adopted by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah adding a new rate to the District and providing for the issuance of an additional interim warrant with respect to the District; appointing a board of equalization and review (the “Board”) for the district, setting the dates for the Board to hear and consider objections and corrections to any proposed assessments; authorizing the City Recorder to publish and mail a notice of meetings of the board of equalization and review; and related matters.
