6.    Resolution: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement for Mutual Response for Police/Sheriff

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation, Salt Lake County, Bluffdale, Draper City, Midvale City, Murray City, Riverton City, Sandy City, South Jordan City, South Salt Lake City, Tooele City, West Jordan City, West Valley City and the Town of Alta relating to Mutual Response for Police and Sheriff services.

      Project

Consider adopting a resolution consenting to and approving the financing by the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City of certain public improvements within the Central Business District Neighborhood Development Project area; declaring that such improvements are of benefit to said project area; and related matters.

2.    Resolution: Utah Hospital Revenue Refunding Bonds

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution and delivery of a Second Supplemental Indenture, supplementing the Indenture of Trust and Pledge dated as of April 1, 1983, as previously supplemented, between Salt Lake City, Utah (the “City”), and Zions First National Bank, as Trustee, in connection with the prepayment of the City’s Hospital Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1983 (IHC Hospitals, Inc.); authorizing the execution and delivery of a First Supplemental Indenture, supplementing the Indenture of Trust and Pledge dated as of January 1, 1988 between the City and Zions First National Bank, as Trustee, in connection with the prepayment of the City’s Hospital Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 1988-A (IHC Hospitals, Inc.); repealing all ordinances, resolutions or portions thereof in conflict with the provisions hereof; and related matters.
