Set date of September 10, 1991 at 6:20 p.m., to accept public comment on Salt Lake City’s Comprehensive Housing Affordable Strategy Plan (CHAS).

2.    Board Appointment

Consider approving the appointment of Patrick Johnson to the Community Development Advisory Committee to fill a vacancy created by Paul Osborn, for a term extending through July, 1993.

5.    Resolution: Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake County for Salt Lake Community Shelter and Resource Center

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an amendment to the interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County for renovation of the Salt Lake Community Shelter and Resource Center to include facilities for single Women.

6.    Resolution: Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with Salt Lake County for Tenth East Senior Center Improvements.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County to construct site improvements at the Tenth East Senior Center.

7.    Resolution:  Interlocal Cooperative Agreement with Salt Lake County for YWCA Improvements.

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the execution of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City and Salt Lake City to construct improvements at the YWCA.

8.    Ordinance: Sabodski Petition No. 400-812-90 Alley Closure Between Paxton and Lucy Avenues.

Set date of September 3, 1991 at 6:40 p.m. to accept public comment and consider adopting an ordinance closing a portion of an alley located between Paxton and Lucy Avenues at approximately 700 West pursuant to Petition No. 400-812-90.

2.    Resolution: Interlocal Agreement with Salt Lake Valley Metro Narcotics Strike Force

Consider adopting a resolution authorizing the approval of an interlocal cooperation agreement between Salt Lake City Corporation and Salt Lake County, Utah Department of Public Safety, Utah Attorney General, University of Utah, West Valley City, South Salt Lake City, Murray City, Sandy City, Draper City, West Jordan City, south Jordan City, Riverton City, Midvale City, Park City, Summit County, Alta Town, Bluffdale City, and Utah Department of Corrections.

3.    Consider adopting a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, authorizing the issuance of not more than $10,000,000 Lease Revenue Bonds (Municipal Improvements Project), Series 1991A (the "Bonds") of said Authority, on behalf of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, fixing the maximum aggregate principal amount of the Bonds, the maximum number of years over which the Bonds may mature, the maximum interest rate which the Bonds may bear and the maximum discount from par at which the Bonds may be sold; ratifying actions taken for the publication of a Notice of bonds to be Issued with respect to the Bonds; selecting underwriters for the Bonds and appointing bond counsel for the Bonds; and providing for related .matters.

4.    Consider adopting a Resolution of the Municipal Council of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, directing the Municipal Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Salt Lake County, Utah, to undertake certain projects; approving the plans, specifications and estimated costs of such projects reimbursement of which is to be financed with the proceeds of sale of certain Lease Revenue Bonds (Municipal Improvements Project), Series 1991A, of said Municipal Building Authority; approving the selection of underwriters and the appointment of bond counsel for the Bonds; and providing related matters.
