Consider adopting a resolution authorizing execution of a Quitclaim Deed of Mutual Easements and Rights of Way and Agreement between Salt Lake City and Royal Lane Homeowners Association.

Consider adopting an ordinance amending Title 2, Chapter 42, Section 020 of the Salt Lake City Code, 1988, as amended, relating to elected and appointed officers requiring bonds.

Consider adopting a joint resolution relating to the commitment by the City to participate in a regional recycling program.

Consider an appeal of Mr. Emmett Heinrich relating to SID 38-864-1.

2.   Ordinance:  SID 38-864

Consider adopting an ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Central Business District known as Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-864, for the purpose of paying the costs of construction of curb, gutter, sidewalks with brick pavers, driveways, drainage, trees planters tie-in paving, irrigation, vault abandonment or rebuilding, electrical systems, street lighting operation and maintenance of street lighting for one year, and drains and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a Special Improvement Guaranty Fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related

Consider adopting an ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Special Improvement District known as Salt Lake city, Utah Curb and Gutter Extension Special Improvement District No. 38-758, for the purpose of paying the costs of construction of curb and gutters, sidewalks, asphalt pavement and driveways and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a Special Improvement Guaranty Fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.

4.    Ordinance: SID 38-819

Consider adopting an ordinance confirming the assessment rolls and levying an assessment against certain properties in the Special Improvement District known as Salt Lake City, Utah 1988/89 non-contiguous streets, curb and gutter Extension No. 38-819, for the purpose of paying the costs of reconstruction of various streets, installation of new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveway approaches, street trees, sod and topsoil, installation of major storm drains and a pump station and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; reaffirming the establishment and providing for the funding of a Special Improvement Guaranty Fund; establishing the effective date of this ordinance; and related matters.

5     Resolution: SID 38-854

Consider adopting a resolution conditionally accepting a bid for construction work and, subject to approval of the city engineer, authorizing execution of a construction contract with __________for construction of improvements of Salt Lake City, Utah Special Improvement District No. 38-854 (The "District"); providing for construction of improvements in the Central Business District including removal and construction of curb, gutter and sidewalks with brick pavers, driveways and appurtenances, drainage, trees, planters, irrigation and electrical systems, street lighting, property drains, vault abandonment or rebuilding and all other miscellaneous work necessary to complete the improvements; for issuance of interim warrants and for the addition of the interest thereon to assessable costs and related matters.
