I.              The Council will receive a briefing regarding two resolutions:
A.    Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute loan documents with the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City for a $1,000,000 loan from Salt Lake City’s Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund.

B.    Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute loan documents with the Friends of Tracy Aviary, Inc. for $250,000 loan from Salt Lake City’s Economic Development Revolving Loan Fund.
(Estimated time:  15 minutes)

II.            The Council will receive a briefing regarding Petition No. 400-98-24, a request by David Eldredge of Panther Enterprises to amend the text and land use map of the Sugar House Community Master Plan and rezone property at 1106 East 2700 South from Residential Multi-Family RMF-30 to Neighborhood Commercial CN.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

III.           The Council will receive briefing regarding a proposed ordinance relating to Citywide Parking Regulations.
(Estimated time:  10 minutes)

IV.           The Council will receive an update regarding proposed revisions to the Boarded Building Ordinance.
(Estimated time: 10 minutes)

V.            The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Main Street to University Phase of Light Rail.
(Estimated time:  30 minutes)

VI.           The Council will receive a briefing regarding the recommendation from the Council’s Subcommittee on Community Building to establish a citywide Multi-Ethnic Community Resource Board.
