I.              The Council will interview Mahmoud A. Issa prior to consideration of his appointment to the Youth City Government Advisory Board.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

II.            The Council will interview Marilee Carling Latta prior to consideration of her appointment to the Business Advisory Board.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

III.           The Council will interview David Brems prior to consideration of his appointment to the Business Advisory Board.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

IV.           The Council will interview Randy Okland prior to consideration of his appointment to the Business Advisory Board.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

V.            The Council will interview Maria T. Arce-Larreta prior to consideration of her appointment to the Multi-Ethnic Community Advisory Board.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

VI.           The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Airport Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2000.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

VII.         The Council will receive an update regarding Petition Number 400-99-12 amending Salt Lake City Zoning Ordinance regarding Home Occupations.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

VIII.        The Council will receive a briefing regarding Budget Amendment Number 9.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

IX.           The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss potential litigation.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

X.            The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor negotiations.  (tentative)  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

XI.           The Council will receive an overview of the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for fiscal year 2000-2001.    (Estimated time:  15 minutes)
