I.   The Council will receive a briefing regarding impact fees for water, wastewater and storm drainage.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

II.  The Council will receive an update regarding issues at the 1999 legislative session (tentative). (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

III. The Council will receive a briefing regarding Petition Nos. 400-98-44 and 400-98-72, a request by Allen G. Nel, to rezone properties located at the northwest corner of 300 South and Montgomery Street from R-1-5000 to SR-3, and to vacate a portion of the Irving Park Addition Subdivision.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

IV. The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss potential litigation (tentative).   (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

V.  The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor negotiations (tentative).  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

VI. The Council will receive a briefing regarding an amendment to the City’s taxicab ordinance.  (Estimated time:  20 minutes)

VII.  The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Administration’s Capital Improvement Program project report.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VIII. The Council will receive the Administration’s input related to the Capital Improvement Program audit performed by City Gate Associates, consultants.  (Estimated time:   10 minutes)

IX.      The Council will discuss their budget priorities for fiscal year 1999-2000.  (Estimated time: 10 minutes)
