I.             The Council will interview Debbie Medina prior to consideration of her reappointment to the Transportation Advisory Board.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

II.            The Council will interview Richard Kaufusi prior to consideration of his appointment to the Youth City Government Board.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

III.           The Council will interview Ralph L. Finlayson prior to consideration of his appointment to the Capital Improvement Program Board.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

IV.           The Council will interview H. David Burton prior to consideration of his appointment to the Utah Air Travel Commission.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

V.            The Council will receive a briefing regarding Legislative Priorities, Budget Database and Related Issues (Utah League of Cities and Towns).  (Estimated time: 10 minutes)

VI.           The Council will have a follow-up discussion regarding the proposed interlocal agreement for Gilgal Garden.  (Estimated time: 10 minutes)

VII.         *The Council will receive a briefing regarding Petitions 400-99-56 and 400-99-59, requests from Mr. Neuman Petty and the Planning Commission to rezone property located at 901-909 East and 945 East 2100 South from Commercial Corridor (CC) to Commercial Sugar House Business District (C-SHBD).

VIII.        The Council will receive a briefing regarding Petition 400-99-41, a request by the Community Economic Development Department to amend the Sign Ordinance (murals).  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

IX.           *The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss potential litigation.  (tentative).  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)
