AGENDA ITEMS

I.   The Council will receive a briefing regarding the 1999 Watershed Master Plan.  (Estimated time:  20 minutes)

II.  The Council will receive a briefing regarding a proposed ordinance amendment relating to the “percent for art fund.”  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

III. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Golf Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

IV. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Refuse Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

V.  The Council will receive an Airport quarterly briefing.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VI. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Water Utility Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VII.  The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Sewer Utility Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VIII. The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Stormwater Utility Fund for fiscal year 1999-2000.  (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

IX. The Council will receive a briefing regarding Petition No. 400-99-02 amending the Salt Lake City Zoning Code reclassifying halfway homes, residential substance abuse treatment homes, transitional treatment homes, transitional victim homes, and large group homes as conditional uses rather than permitted uses in all commercial, downtown and Gateway zoning districts; and allowing small group homes as permitted uses wherever dwellings are permitted.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

X.  The Council will discuss options regarding a possible analysis of impact fees. (Estimated time:  5 minutes)
