I.              The Council will interview Steven Rosenberg prior to consideration of his appointment to the Business Advisory Board.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

II.            The Council will receive a briefing regarding revenue forecasts from the Administration.  (Estimated time: 5 minutes)

III.           The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Community Housing Plan.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

IV.           The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Consolidated Plan and Citizen Participation Plan. (Estimated time:  5 minutes)

V.            The Council will receive a briefing  regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Refuse Fund for fiscal year 2000-2001.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VI.           The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Golf Fund for fiscal year 2000-2001.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VII.         The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Water Utility  Fund for fiscal year 2000-2001.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

VIII.        The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Stormwater Utility Fund for fiscal year 2000-2001.  (Estimated 10 minutes)

IX.           The Council will receive a briefing regarding the Mayor’s Recommended Budget for the Sewer Utility  Fund for fiscal year 2000-2001.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

X.            The Council will receive a Street Reclaiming presentation from Council Member Tom Rogan.  (Estimated time:  20 minutes)

XI.           The Council will consider adopting a motion to enter into Executive Session, in keeping with Utah Code, to discuss labor negotiations.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)

XII.         The Council will discuss the Council Office budget.  (Estimated time:  10 minutes)
